What other features does Zil Money offer?

This page gives the short answer first, then every step.

Short answer: Besides paying by check, you can send ACH, Same Day ACH, and wire payments, pay with a virtual card, send many payments at once, get paid with a payment link, and connect other apps. Every feature is in the left menu of the app.

Where to find every feature

All features are in the menu on the left side of the app. The menu has groups. Click a group name to open it. Only one group is open at a time.

PAYABLES

Pay people and businesses

Click PAYABLES to see:
  • Send Payment: pay a vendor, employee, or anyone else.
  • Payments Out: see every payment you sent and its status.
  • Payroll by Credit Card: pay your team with a credit card.
  • Payees: your list of vendors and contacts.
  • Bulk Payment Center: send many payments at once.
  • Issue Visa Card and International Payment.
  • Bills and Bill Inbox.

RECEIVABLES

Get paid

Click RECEIVABLES to see:
  • Receive Payment and Payments In.
  • Customers.
  • Check Draft: apply for it, then create check drafts after your team approves.
  • Payment Link: send a link so a customer can pay you.
  • Invoice.

ACCOUNTS

Manage where money comes from

Click ACCOUNTS to see Bank Accounts, My Cards, and Wallets.

BUSINESS TOOLS

Tools for your business

Click BUSINESS TOOLS to see Cash Expense, Deposit Slip, Mail Document, and More. The More page has more tools, such as Zil Sign and Email Writer.

SERVICES and SETTINGS

Connect apps and manage your team

Click SERVICES to open App Integrations and Marketplace. Click SETTINGS to open User Management and App Settings.

The ways you can send a payment

Go to Send Payment. Under How would you like to send it? you can pick one of these:

  • Let the vendor decide
  • Check: print it, mail it, or email it
  • ACH / Direct Deposit
  • Same Day ACH
  • Wire
  • Virtual Card

The same page has an Other Payment Options box on the right with Blank Check, Multiple Check, Group Check, Import Check, and Deposit Slip.
