Zil Sign is in the Business Tools area. In the left menu, click BUSINESS TOOLS, then click More. Find the Zil Sign card and click Open Tool.
The first time you open it, the page says No documents yet. Click Request Signature to start. After you send a request, it shows in the list.
Each person who needs to sign gets an email with a Sign Document button. The button opens the document in a web page. The signer clicks the signature field, signs, and agrees to the terms. Then the signer clicks Submit.
After the document is signed, the signer and anyone set to Receive a copy get the signed PDF by email.
Your Zil Sign list shows the document name, the date you created it, and its status. You can filter the list by status: Pending, In progress, Signed, and Cancelled. A request shows In progress after you send it, and Signed when the signing is done.
